1. COMPANY INFORMATION
Faire Sol Events, LLC ("Company," "We," "Our," "Us") is a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Our events and online spaces are designed to foster connection, friendship, and personal growth for women.
"You" and "Your" refer to anyone who purchases a ticket, attends an event, participates in related activities, or uses our online community.
Email: events@fairesol.com — By purchasing a ticket to one of our events, you understand that Faire Sol communicates all event details and important information, including changes or updates to the event, via email. It is your responsibility to check your email for all communications regarding the event, including checking your spam folder.

2. AGE & ELIGIBILITY

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a ticket, attend an event, or participate in our community, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Government-issued photo ID will be required at check-in.
• We curate Faire Sol as a women-focused experience. If your participation conflicts with this mission, we reserve the right to cancel your ticket with a full refund prior to the event, or remove you from the event without refund if your conduct threatens safety or disrupts the environment.

3. TICKET POLICY

• All ticket sales are final — non-refundable and non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Company.
• If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer your spot to someone on our waitlist or through our Community Ticket Program (see Section 4).
• Tickets may not be resold without our prior written consent.
• All individual ticket holders are required to RSVP — if you have purchased more than one ticket, your guests must all RSVP with their full and accurate information to enter the event. It is the sole responsibility of the ticket holder to RSVP on time. If a ticket holder does not RSVP by the specified deadline, their ticket will be revoked without refund.
• IDs will be checked at the door — only paid, RSVPd guests will be allowed entry.

4. WAITLIST & COMMUNITY TICKET PROGRAM
Waitlist: If an event is sold out, you may join the waitlist. Being added to the waitlist does not guarantee a ticket. If a spot becomes available, waitlisted guests will be contacted in order via email. Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase or a binding agreement.
Community Ticket Program: At our discretion, we may make tickets available to our community members through a separate, designated program. Tickets offered through this program are subject to the same terms and conditions as general ticket sales, including all RSVP and ID requirements. Availability is not guaranteed.

5. BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event, you agree to abide by our Code of Conduct and Prohibited Conduct & Immediate-Removal Policy. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or intimidation.
• Derogatory comments about gender, sexuality, race, religion, disability, age, nationality, or other protected traits.
• Unwelcome sexual attention, explicit content, or inappropriate jokes.
• Threats, stalking, doxxing, or non-consensual surveillance.
• Violence or any conduct that poses an imminent safety risk.
• Vandalism or intentional damage to event or venue property.
• Use or possession of illegal drugs, unauthorized alcohol, or smoking/vaping in prohibited areas.
• Disruptive ceremonies, rituals, or other interference with the event.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse entry or remove any attendee violating these rules without refund.
• Bar individuals from future events at our discretion.

7. ALCOHOL & BEVERAGE SERVICE
Some Faire Sol events include alcoholic beverages. By attending an event where alcohol is served, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are of legal drinking age (21+) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• You will drink responsibly and will not provide alcohol to minors.
• Faire Sol Events, LLC and its staff reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any attendee at any time and for any reason, including visible intoxication, without refund.
• You assume full responsibility for your own alcohol consumption and any consequences thereof, including transportation arrangements. Please do not drink and drive.
• Faire Sol Events, LLC is not liable for any incidents, accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from your alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event.
• Outside alcohol is not permitted unless explicitly authorized by the Company in writing.

8. FOOD & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER
Faire Sol events may include food and beverage offerings. While we make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions when communicated in advance, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens, cross-contamination, or specific ingredients.
You are responsible for communicating any dietary restrictions or allergies to us prior to the event. Faire Sol Events, LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions, adverse health effects, or dietary concerns arising from food or beverages consumed at our events. If you have a severe allergy or medical dietary need, please contact us before purchasing a ticket.

9. THIRD-PARTY VENDORS & VENUE
Faire Sol events may involve third-party vendors, service providers, and venues. These parties operate independently and are not employees or agents of Faire Sol Events, LLC.
Faire Sol Events, LLC is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct of any third-party vendor, contractor, venue, or service provider. Any disputes or claims arising from services rendered by a third party must be directed to that third party directly.
Venue rules and policies apply at all times in addition to these Terms. You are expected to comply with all posted venue rules.

10. EVENT CHANGES & FORCE MAJEURE
Programming, activities, and offerings may change due to circumstances beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such changes.
If an event is canceled or materially altered due to Force Majeure (including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, illness outbreaks, government restrictions, venue issues, or other unforeseeable events), we are not obligated to provide a refund. Credit or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

11. ONLINE COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP
Faire Sol operates an online community platform (currently hosted via the Heartbeat app) separate from in-person events. Membership in this community is subject to the following:

• Membership tiers, fees, and access levels are established by the Company and may be updated with reasonable notice.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the community at any time, with or without cause. Refunds for unused membership periods are at our discretion.
• Members are expected to uphold the same standards of conduct as in-person event attendees. Violations may result in removal from the community without refund.
• Faire Sol Events, LLC is not responsible for technical outages, platform changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

12. LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By attending a Faire Sol event, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• You assume all risks associated with attendance, including potential injury, illness (including communicable diseases such as COVID-19), or loss/damage to personal property.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Faire Sol Events, LLC, its Members, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE
By attending, you grant us the right to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, video, and other media for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes, without compensation. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Social media, website, and digital platforms
• Print marketing and promotional materials
• Press and media coverage

Your name will not be used without additional permission. If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify event staff before the event begins.

14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, event concepts, designs, photographs, videos, written materials, and other works created or used in connection with our events are the property of Faire Sol Events, LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any such materials without our written consent. This includes republishing text, images, or designs to third-party websites or social media without permission.

15. DATA PRIVACY
We collect and store personal information (such as name, contact details, and ticketing history) for the purpose of processing your ticket and communicating about the event. We comply with all applicable privacy laws, limit access to authorized personnel, and take reasonable steps to protect your data. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from ticket purchase, attendance, or these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

18. RIGHT TO AMEND
Faire Sol Events, LLC reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted to our website with a revised effective date. Your continued participation in events or our community following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. CONSENT
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Code of Conduct, and any posted event rules.
