Faire Sol curates women-focused experiences, and we welcome all women over the age of 21 to our events. All of our events are 21+ regardless of whether or not we will be serving alcohol, and IDs are checked at the door to verify age.

At Faire Sol we have a zero tolerance policy for hate speech of any kind. Attendees are expected to respect one another, put differences aside, and come together in a safe, judgment-free zone.

RESPECT IS A TOP PRIORITY

Nope – every Faire Sol event is one-of-a-kind! We curate these experiences as one-time events and love being able to explore different themes with each new event. Take a look at our past event galleries to get a feel for just how unique each event can be!

We always have a variety of appetizers, small bites, and / or charcuterie during our events. While we typically do not serve full, plated dinners, we may host a dinner-themed event that would include additional food (like our That's Amore upscale pizza night). We provide transparency on inclusions and expectations on every individual event information page.

We don't serve alcohol at every Faire Sol event, but when we do it is worked into your ticket price. Guests receive their included drink tokens at the check-in desk. We always try to incorporate signature drinks or spritz bars to give a fun variety of beverages.

We try to provide a variety of food options at our events with gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options – however, at this time Faire Sol is not able to accommodate all food allergies and intolerances due to the financial restrictions and logistical complications of being a small, mission-led events host. If you have questions about allergies or intolerances, we recommend reaching out about the menu for the night before purchasing a ticket to one of our events. At this time, we are unable to curate events that are allergy-friendly across all details, and we cannot guarantee that no allergens will be present.

Ticket costs will vary for each event. They typically range from $75–$100 with optional deluxe-ticket add-ons for an additional cost. Since each unique event is individually curated, we are unable to have flat-rate tickets and instead base pricing off of the value of each experience.

We never want to compromise the quality of our events, Between feeding 100 women, curating favors, completely uniquely branding every event, and every other little detail you see – we have a lot of expenses to cover. For every released event, we'll include a list of what you can expect for your ticket price. No. After checkout, you'll receive an email to RSVP with your full legal name. Your RSVP is required to attend – if you do not RSVP by the deadline given on each event information page, your ticket will be revoked and you will not receive a refund. We will be checking IDs at the door to verify your ticket purchase & age (all events are 21+).

Because all of our events require so many vendors to make them happen, we choose weekdays to help us lower costs and keep ticket pricing as low as we possibly can in order to put on the caliber of events that you've come to expect. In addition, founders Hannah and Amy also work in the events industry full-time, which often leaves their weekends unavailable.

Faire Sol does not have a physical location, and we host our events all across the Lancaster County and surrounding areas. When event details become available, they will include the city or town that the event will be held. For the safety of all guests, exact venue addresses are not released until 2 weeks prior to the event, and will only be released to RSVPd ticket holders. While we do primarily stay in the Lancaster County areas for now, we have hopes and plans for the future to expand into other areas of Pennsylvania (and beyond!).

We're so glad to have built such a strong and engaged community – unfortunately that means our tickets tend to sell fast. Make sure you're on our email list to get notified, and remember our community supporters always get first dibs.

We want to support our local communities – that's why we've begun incorporating an outreach partner into each of our events. These are non-profit organizations doing good in our community, partnering to either bring something extra to our events or be there to educate about the good they do. Typically we encourage guests to bring a donation for that event's outreach partner as our way of giving back.
